I know I'm very late to the Easy Roads party but I've been trying out your games tonight - great work! - and I've really got addicted to this one.

One bit of feedback I have, if you still want feedback, is that when you die the game ends too abruptly. It would be really nice to get a little more time to see which house caused your downfall. Sometimes if you've missed one the game ends and you don't even know what house caused the failure.

Very enjoyable little game though!

No matter how late, it makes me happy to see people playing my games :)

Although the project is kinda done and dusted at this stage, all this feedback does help when designing future games, so thanks!

That's understandable! There's something very satifying when you get a nice road network going in this game.

One other thing you've probably already noticed, is every now and again a house becomes unconectable. As in no matter how many roads you connect to it the game doesn't make the connection so its timer runs out.

Again, I have no expectation that you will go back to fix this but I know you appreciate feedback.

You can see a house here that the game refuses to connect. :-)

I've built some pretty neat cities. Its a very addictive little game!

This is pretty fun once it gets going. Some feedback:

- Typo in the tutorial: "wait or drive to* long"

- The biggest thing I was missing out of the tutorial was how to actually get houses "connected." That is, it wasn't obvious that a straight left-right road below a house does not work. I think that a variation of the "connected" indicator to indicate a "potential for connection" would be helpful.

- I was initially confused by the mobile homes -- I thought these were cars.

- The destination icons are very cryptic. I'm not sure which corresponds to each destination type.

- It would be nice to have a pause/play button on the keyboard

- Audio feedback when a new house spawns would be helpful.

hey, thanks for all the lovely feedback! I’ll issue an update in the next few days with hopefully some improvements, so it’s good to hear all these things to fix aswell.

Other than that, I’m glad you enjoyed the game. It was a lot of work to do in 7 days for a game jam, but very worth it in the end.

Thanks for your support, and feel free to stop by any time :)

very cool, would like more though

glad to hear you like it! I’ll be making more projects in the future, but will also keep current ones in mind for future updates :)

If there’s anything you think in particular, please let me know
